The Young Scholars Book Bank and Computer Centre under the auspices of Young Scholars Educational Trust are run purely on donations and contributions of friends and well-wishers who believe in the motto of working for the cause of the underprivileged and the marginalised in the society. We have always depended on the support of our consistent donors, whose contributions have helped us run this Centre. Any donation, large or small, goes a long way, and we constantly aspire to find new friends and supporters. To enable Young Scholars Educational Trust to meet its objectives, we appeal to you to donate generously.
All training at the Centre is being provided at a highly subsidised fee. The cost of training is higher for students with visual impairment, as the training offered by the Centre is free for them. Additionally, facilities like free transport, special faculty and a high teacher-student ratio for better learning outcomes, are arranged for them. Donations that help us meet these training and facilitation costs are most welcome.
Smaller donations can include sponsoring a student by contributing Rs. 6000 towards their yearly fee expenses.
Another recurring need is for new and old Laptops to be given to students with visual impairment who come from extremely marginalised sections of society and are unable to buy them on their own.
